Our dedicated team at Aspen Cove consists of skilled and compassionate professionals who are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our residents. Each member of our team undergoes thorough training and brings a wealth of experience to ensure the well-being and comfort of those we serve.

Nguyen Vo - Resource Manager

Nguyen is a skilled mechanical engineer with a degree from Florida Atlantic University and over 13 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His professional expertise spans research and development of new products, as well as finite element analysis (FEA) to ensure compliance with industry and government standards.

In addition to his engineering career, Nguyen is also a seasoned real estate broker with over 15 years of experience in buying and selling investment properties. Outside of work, Nguyen is a dedicated family man who cherishes spending quality time with his loved ones, finding joy in creating lasting memories together.

Michelle De Los Reyes - Clinical Director

Michelle De Los Reyes is an experienced nurse practitioner who has worked for over eight years at the University of MD Anderson Cancer Center, specializing in Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy. She has been devoted to providing excellent care to patients with blood-related cancers for more than 15 years.

Michelle is actively involved in various committees for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs), and she has held the position of chairperson multiple times. Notably, she played a key role in establishing an educational review course for APRNs in 2019 and contributed to creating a platform to honor exceptional APRNs at the institution.

Hong Duong - Pharmacist

Hong is a dedicated and experienced pharmacist with a degree from the University of Florida. Over the past 17 years, she has built a diverse career spanning multiple subindustries of pharmacy, including roles in retail settings such as CVS, Walmart, and Sam's Club, as well as in independent specialty pharmacies focused on infusion medications and compounded drugs.

Currently, Hong serves as a clinical pharmacist, contributing her expertise to a team conducting patient trials for new drug developments. Known for her bubbly personality and compassionate approach, Hong has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to providing exceptional care to her patients throughout her career.

Cindy Singh - Registered Nurse

Cindy Singh is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her primary area of focus is in adult leukemia. She also has extensive experience as a Charge Nurse on her primary unit. She works closely with staff members, patient and families to ensure the unit's needs are always addressed.

Her peers described her as calm, knowledgeable and always having the willingness to go the extra mile for her patients. In her free time, she spends time learning astronomy and cooking new recipes for her family and friends.

Jon De Los Reyes - Operation Manager

Jon De Los Reyes is based in Houston, TX. He explored different fields, including engineering, manufacturing and investment management. He received his MBA from the University of Houston in 2019. During his studies, he took an entrepreneurship class that led him to realize that he wanted to create his ideal career and positively impact other people’s lives. Together with his wife, Michelle, they started an online store, selling pet keepsakes that bring comfort to grieving pet owners.

Before his current endeavors, Jon worked for respected energy companies for 15 years, starting as an engineer and progressing to roles such as an analyst, senior associate, process engineer, project manager, and operations manager.

I couldn’t recommend this place more. The level of personalized care and stimulation is outstanding. If you are looking for a home for your cared one, you will struggle to find a better place than this. It really feels like an extended family. We are all very happy with our decision and would very strongly recommend it to anyone.

I was looking for respite care for my husband and visited several large facilities and private care homes. Aspen Cove was the only place I felt certain that he would receive the care he needed while also making him feel safe and happy. He spent a month at Aspen Cove and I never worried about him. He was always happy and told me every time we talked that everyone was so kind and caring and that he felt like Aspen Cove was his home away from home. He is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s and seemed to be declining quickly. After a month at Aspen Cove, his decline seems to have stopped and in some respects, he seems to be improving. The staff there really knows how to care for people with Alzheimer’s and dementia. I know the time is going to come when he needs full time care that I cannot provide for him and Aspen Cove is the only place I would consider.
